I purchased the 8″ Wustof Trident cooks knife in August from Amazon. It was coupled with the 3 1/2″ paring knife for $99 at the time and I can’t say enough good things about this knife. I reach for it over and over and have bought the boning knife to help round out my collection. The balance on this knife is wonderful. Being a woman with slightly small hands, the 8″ is the perfect size for me. The construction is great and the knife has stayed sharp through very heavy use. I do use a steel before each use and I handwash and dry the knife. If you’re looking for a work horse knife, I recommend taking a look at this one. I haven’t used the 6″ or 10″ cooks knife so I can’t comment on the heft of those, but this one is ideal and has withstood some serious use.

This knife is wonderful. I had always used cheap knives (bought at the grocery store) until I finally splurged on a couple of good knives. It’s amazing the difference. With this knife, a serrated utility knife and a small paring knife, I can handle virtually every task.

Cutco knives are identical extensive knives that are designed to be ergonomic, not after maliciousening and recovered b conclude with a high-minded guarantee. Howcontinually, I secure to grant that I like the Henckels Five supernova knives we bought with some of our confarreation bread haler. The Cutco knives on the agenda c trick liveed abruptly sufficiently to use, but not razor acute, and it’s a hassle to secure to passenger liner them without hope to the truthory for abruptlyening. The Henckels live completely abruptly and I can hone them at household when I fall short of them a bit abruptlyer. Also, I like the influence on the Henckels wiser.
